Actually, as long as the pup is frozen the necklace can be used, however you can only by Hillings with wishlist pets only!
I am thinking of giving out strikes to the next people who ask for Hilling with multiple pets that I have. I am looking for pets for pets I don't have, not trade fodder.
This goes for everyone.
