I dont think u read the first page these are Free adoptions. Just letting u know that no one is breaking any rules here.

The CS litter is entirely free. No one is being charged for anything with them. There is simply a form to fill out so that no one takes the same pup and people get upset ^^ Only Breeding Flutes, Reserving Ribbons and Customs Ribbons are charged. And reserving ribbons may be used on ANY litter and many times users do not know what the litter is when they use it.

The next time you decide to accuse someone of rule breaking, please get off of your high horse and take a look around before crying foul.

Could you possibly make a Aquarius Pup?

I currently do not plan on making an Aquarius pup. As I can't charge you for a custom ribbon of one, you'll just have to wait and see. Though on a side bar I did love how the Libra came out and I may make the set if I do a freebies section. This is uncertain as of right now though.
