and only you are to blame for your partake of the seven sins." ~ Pride

Hubris stopped after walking for what seemed like many moons. His raven fur waved about him like grains of wheat dusted by the wind. This was where he needed to be and took a slow seat as the forest around him echoed with the voices of other sins. All coming together, how strange to see those that he birthed from his own sin act on their own accord , his mind was ever turning with thoughts of actually contemplation, of regarding alternative options that were not of his master's will. In these dark thoughts he began to consider what if he did not listen, he was already the embodiment of all the other sin, what if he called them as one to not only up-heave the natural balance of this world but to dethrone his master that released him here? Dangerous thoughts indeed but one to consider with they way things were playing out. Eyes snapped open as the wolf he had been waiting for padded slowly up ahead.
A brindle colored fea stepped softly in her surroundings and unbeknownst to her of the black shadow that waited for her arrival. Hubris had no reason to give away his position as the large female could feel the presence of him nearby. She turned sharply to him as amber colored eyes widened and she recognized the form "You...you were the one to kill that hare seasons ago by your mere presence...what are you doing here." She did not move but kept her stance as she confronted him. A large grin jolted across his face and almost threatened to tear it in half as his eyes bore into hers "Ah Eden, a pleasure to meet you once more." The fae bristled as he spoke but he admired the wolfs tenacity to stay put "I have been thinking for quite some time now and I wanted to inform you of a decision I have made." A long pause withered about them before he spoke once more "I have seen how your pack works, together you are strong but alone you are weak and feeble. You accept your sins and I accept mine but what if the seven were to become one? Would we not be a pack ourselves and be far stronger then yours?" He watched as Eden's eyes went from confusion to pure horror "Ah yes. I see you like my idea, so do I to be honest, but certain things must come into play for such a feat to transpire." His voiced actions of what he thought were dangerous to say the least but what they could offer was freedom and power, the one thing his sin consisted of most was power.

Eden did not know what to say, what this sin was suggesting was far worse then the individual sin itself "You are a monster." She spoke deeply as anger made her voice quiver "I know but I did not choose to be." Came the prides reply. Eden did not know what to do, she knew from experience that she would not win in a fight with these creatures and what he said was true, what Hubris said was always true. They were stronger as a pack and this sin had taken these things into consideration "So what now, are you to kill me?" She glared at him but did not dare move for fear of sparking his predator instincts "No, Eden I want you to live. A part of me wants all things to live as they should but my very being compels me to kill. Although I do not decide things senselessly as some of the other sins do." Eden was always baffled when speaking with the large brute, at times she thought he was wise while others he was cruel and uncaring. Hubris continued to stare without nary blink "You may wish to warn your pack about the attack that is fixing to happen. It seems Greed and Lust are showing interest in your friends. If you would do me a favor and inform the two sins of my idea I would greatly appreciate it." He stood and turned away slowly as if nothing had happened. Eden could not move for a few moments and realized if she had tried before she would have failed. Waiting for her body to cooperate with her mind she was finally able to free herself from being petrified and rushed back to the pack to warn them of the two sins who were about to attack.
