Mieji crawled out of your arms up only you shoulder happily. It seemed to enjoy being active. Perhaps a battle to get you close? Or buying supplies where it was needed? A journey began with the first steps. How were you going to make yours?

I smiled up at him, almost laughing as I rolled my shoulder to get comfortable. Then I was off, walking carefully on the path opposit of where I came, though I turned around thinking of my bike. Did I bring it?

Caressing the little bird delicately I jogged off towards the town square.
I blinked, a bit hesitantly entering the healing center. I never had a pokemon,
this would be my first time coming here. I almost jolted when a nurse approached me, wide
eyed and gaze bright. "Oh wow! You have a torchick! That's a pretty rare pokemon." she commented
thoughtfully. "Er...thanks." I said. I couldn't really say the torchick was mine. I just...found it.
Handing her the creature I said, "Please heal it and look it over. A guy tried to smash it. I don't know if he managed to
hit it or scratch it." I said a bit worriedly.

"Tackle again!" I shouted. Swiver ran foward again without slowing down.

Swift looked up at you with two beady cute eyes as if commenting a big fat 'YES~' on your training idea, crawling down from your leg and crawling in circles around as you looked at your Pokemon, did it want to learn to swim with Lemmi? Was she lonely?
Maybe she wanted you to paddle in some water with her. Shallow water that was.

"You want to go swimming?" I ask, "Okay, Do you want me or Lemmi to come with you?"

I nibble my lip as I think back to trainer school. Didnt they say something about if a pokemon was retured, then let out again, that they would no longer be confused? Quickly, I take out his pokeball, and yell "Ben, return!" Then with a flick of my wrist, I send the ball flying again, hopeing the confusion went away[Ive watched to much of the show x.x]

You slowly come to the realization that you had left your bike at home after the front weel had fallen off! You remember the insident as if it were yesterday, and your knee starts to ache with ghost pains. Perhaps you will just have to wait for a bike when you come to a town with a bike shop.

She gave the little pokemon a checkup with quick, gentle hands. "You little torchick here doesnt seem to have a scratch on him. In fact, the only thing that seems damaged is his trust in people." She looked worriedly at the little pokemon. "So if your a pokemon trainer, you are going to have to be very careful with this little guy."

"You know, that Torchic needs a home," came a voice from behind you. You turn and see the professor looking at you with a smile. "I see you in here practically every day playing with it. And I belive your old enough for a pokemon. Is there any chance you would like to adopt it?"

I was so startled when a voice came behind me that I nearly leaped through the roof. So focused on my thoughts, I began to think that I had misinterpreted what the professor said, but as I replied the scene in my mind, I realized that I hadn't.
"Are you.. Are you serious? I mean.. Umm.. I would love to!"
Glancing down at the Torchic with excitement, I watched in eagerness as the Torchic leaped up and down in happiness, as if feeling the mood from all of us.
