That's a good idea and it would be really fun, but I don't want to end up with some crazy horse that is hard to copy into new lines or work with.

I think Chica's closer on the mark, but what if we all gave a few suggestions for base colour, mane and tail etc, and used a randomizer? Or a poll would be good too.

Or you could host a contest to all the players of H10 to design one, then a random 3rd party judges designs, and best design gets a mascot and +5 skills to each of their horses skills.

Ohh yeah! Have a competition, we could polietly ask a maybe one of the site mods to judge, or maybe even get people to vote on the ones they like best! It would be fair and i'm sure people who weren't apart of h10 would be joining up and voting for the comp!
