Happy Valentine's Day, everypony! Sincerest apologies for the mix-up this month guys. I was saving some left over love potion from last summer's Medieval Faire, and I'm afraid that some of my pets seem to have gotten into it. He he he. Well, I guess it is Valentine's Day after all. So, without further ado, I give you my unofficial 2nd Gen pairing between the 2008 Pink Balloon Dog and the 2009 Valentine Butterfly Wolf. Their pups are currently up for adoption for FREE! If you would like to adopt one of their puppies, please copy the form located on the GAC Home Thread and post it here. Winners will be chosen shortly after the contest's closing date. Please note, this is not a first-come, first serve deal. By filling out a form, you do not automatically win a puppy. Requests for each puppy are linked to under their description.





Chocolate Allure Pup (#1) - Chocolate brown body with toffee-colored legs, tail, shoulders, and ears. Cream markings on legs, tail, face, and ears. Pink butterfly wings with dark pink markings and white spots. Powder blue eyes.

Rosepetal Pup (#2) - Light pink, medium pink, and hot pink body. Hot pink markings on legs. Light pink markings on side. Brown butterfly wings with orange markings and white spots. Sky blue eyes.

Heartbroken Pup (#3) - Gray-brown body with cream-colored legs, tail, muzzles, and ears. Dark brown, brown, and hazel markings on tail, legs, thighs, and ears. Lavender heart-shaped balloon. Purple eyes.

[b]Why do you want it?: She is gorgeous. She is everything you could want in a charrie! she reminds me of all the good things in life. I was sad today, but I saw her and I said "I must have that pup!" I trully love her, and I love charries with ballons!!
[b]History/background/other:
Hearts was born in a beautiful world, but there was a riseing evil force that was trying to take over the world. The world was called Zoko, the darkness was known as "The stolen heart" because thosse were the last words that anyone who wandered into the land where darkness ruled screamd before they died. Hearts got her ballon from her mom. Her mother knew she was the chossen one to fight the darknes......And that was because when she was pregnant with Hearts, She saw a white raven, soaring in the sky, which ment a great destiny for a unborn pup. There was hope in the world after all.

What would you name it?:
Broken Love

Why do you want it?:
It's design is very pretty and unique. I love the parent dogs. After trying to decide which pup was the best fit for me, trying different stories and techniques in the end I picked my favourite which happens to be Broken Love the Heartbroken pup. She drew me in and she is the first one I looked at.

History/background/other:
Broken Love.
The days and night are bleared with blissful sleep and painful conscious.
Days blur into weeks.
Weeks blur into months.
Months blur into years.
Only to still be left behind.
Sometimes the day will bring simple pleasures of food and the warmth from a passer by’s smile.
Mostly they are clouded with confusion, pain, sorrow and loss.
Night is when I can be happy.
There my family is still here with me.
I am not alone in the cruel wide world. They love me. They accept me.

The tiny helpless pups suckled as their parents watched over them.
So proud of their winged little babies, until the spot the one with no wings.
It is a runt. A disgrace. An embracement to them.
They help and support the winged angels they call their babies.
They shun and ignore the wingless pup that sits alone in the corner.
When the chance comes they take their pride and joy and leave the waste of time behind in the den.
She is alone. They have finally broken her love.
Fate has taken the very thing she needed. She is alone.

She sits alone and watches the harsh winter setting in around her.
Visions of her brother and sisters and parents playing outside fog her vision and soon enough so do the tears.
She hopes and prays and wishes the love would return.
But every day she waits, it never comes back.
They have broken her love.

A small wise owl sees the pup curled up in the snow surrounded den.
“They have left you haven’t they.” The owl hoots and the pup nods.
“They aren’t coming back. No matter how much you hope and wait. They have left without return. They will never come back.” The owl harshly tells the pup who is now sobbing.
“They have broken your life. They have broken your faith. They have broken your heart. You are Broken Love.” The owl hoots and flaps away into the growing darkness of sunset.
“Broken Love.” The pup repeats before falling into the happiness of her dreams.

Weeks past and she has finally given up.
She curls up into a tight ball and now waits for the harsh cold of the snow to take her.
She falls asleep.
When she awakes, she is in the arms of a human.
Warm. She feels safe.
She lets herself be carried to a human home.
She is for months cared for.
She is groomed, fed played with and most of all, loved.
She doesn’t need her family now.
Her love has found it’s way back.
She once again found the love.
But she is still broken inside.
She is still Broken Love.


What do you plan on doing with it?:
Using her as a beloved character and expanding her story.
