Story: In the arctic, Kiara woke up. She had no idea where she was and who she was. She looked around, expecting to see someone, but there was none. All she saw were ice and water. where am i? she thought. She moved around, curiosu and hungry and frightened. She walked and walked and walked until she reached a gigantic castle made of pure ice. "Wow," she breathed. With no fear, she walked in, happy to meet someone. Inside was a total mess. Wolf like creatures who looked like her were fighting, biting, trying to kill each other. She gasped at the horrible scene, and yelled, "STOP! PLEASE!" To her surprise, everyone did. "Wha tare yo udoing?" she asked angrily. bUT the creatures just stared at her, until one cried out loud, "The princess is back! Hooray!" the crowd started to cheer like it was a festival, not a battle scene. Kiara was stunned, but she let herself be led away by a brown creature who was evidently delighted. "What's happening?" she asked it. "Princess Kiara, you disappeared yesterday night. We suspected you were kidnapped by the evil northern tribe. But now you've returned," it answered happily. "I don't understand anything. Who am I. . .Princess Kiara?" "Yo udon't remember?" the creature was shocked. "But. . .oh no, you must have been kidnapped by the Whirler tribe then." "What's that?" "They just take away one, whisk them away, and then sometimes they return, remembering nothing. They can only regain their memories only when they look into the eyes of their kidnapper." "Then we must find this Whirler, then." "Of course you should, princess. You're the heir to the throne, and you need your memories back." So Kiara left that night, alone. The servants and the others protested, but she insisted on going on her own. "I must do this alone. I don't want any of you becoming hurt because of me." So she left like that. She heard hte Whirler tribe was in the North Pole, so she walked through blizzards in order to reach there. She finally saw a shape in the distance which looked like several huge igloos, and quietly and stealthily crept near. She saw a few disgusting looking, albino creatures talking in loud and rude voices. "Hey, what happened to that Princess?" one asked. Kiara froze and listened. "I don't know. I suppose she'll come here like the rest of them. . .but of course, it's all a trap. She'll never make it!" one sneered. Infuriated by the insult, Kiara stood up and walked to the two. "No, I am here." she saw the horrified eyes of one whirler and suddenly remembered her past. This was the one who had kidnapped her! She saw her parents, the Queen and the King, and they had left to the Spirit World and left her as their decessor. However she had disappeared and was brought to the Whirlers, and ended up on the shore. . ."It was you, you evil Wihrler! What did you do that for?" she demanded in anger. "It's for fun, don't you kow that?" the Whirler began to laugh. Disgusted, Kiara turned icily and returned to her kingdom. The brown creature greeted her warmly. "Princess! You're back!" "Yes, and I remember everything now." Kiara then became the Snow Queen, and now became Queen Kiara. She ruled the northern ice kingdom fairly and kindly.
