I decided to take the shading off so you could see the colours better, I can always added back if needed.
Custom made mane and tail (the white on the shoulder continues forward, can always "hide" the main to show marking if needed)

I Love the bobbed tail and the long mane! I also like how you blended the white Overo markings wit the belly!
