Mason was startled by a sudden voice and slipped in the water, falling in. He stood up, shaking off some of the water. He looked at her, laughing slightly. "Mason" he said, hopping out of the creek. The water dripped off his fur and onto the ground.

Onix walked through the forest in boredom. He searched for a good way to waste time. He saw a rabbit hop slowly in front of him. He bounded over to it. It began scampering away as he chased it. He leaped over a bush and looked around. He saw it poking it's head out of a burrow under him. He slammed his foot on it, but it escaped down the hole.

Serena smiled wide and giggled. "Well, Mason I didnt mean to startle you.." she laughed.

"It's fine." He said to Serena. He sat down, still soaking wet. He didn't talk much, and this was by choice. He felt that it was too easy to say something stupid if you have no point to make.

"Soo.. Mason are you new to the pack? I havent seen your around here.." she said ith a smile. He was quite handsome and she wanted to start up a conversation with him.

Avalehn stood. She sniffed out the trail of a rabbit.

"Pretty new." Mason said with a soft smile. The sun was beginning to try his coat off, which made him a bit more at ease. He hadn't any experience with talking to girls, so he didn't know much about them.

"Soo..Do you have a rank yet?" hse asked. He bright blue eyes sparkled in the sunlight. She still felt sad because of the situation with Kota and Ralph but it was getting better. All she needed was some friends, and Mason seemed like a good start.

"I don't believe so." He said, thinking a moment. This was the first wolf he had met here, and she seemed very nice, his first friend perhaps. Well he wouldn't be lonely, but they wouldn't be all over each other, well he actually didn't know that. He didn't know anything that would happen.

Serena smiled. "Well are you hungry?" she asked happily. She wanted to welocme him in the pack properly, by hunting him something to eat, and by showing him aroung the territory. Plus she would get to kno him better.

"Only a little." He said quietly. "Have you been in the pack long?" He asked, deciding to ask her a question for once. He listened to the gentle birdsongs, the sweet melody soothed him, he loved the sounds.
