First, your points are not correct. They should add up to 30, with no half points.
Second, you have to have an Oekaki/dA image. Not a photo unless it's your horse.
Third, you didn't specify an age for the horse.
Fourth, make sure we have Cross Country and Rodeos available as Competitions.
Lastly, you can charge 'credits' for people to breed to your horse.

I'll be sorting out staff sometime this week, and as Shadey pointed out, we may or may not need another artist, so you'll have to wait and see.

As Chica told you, there's a few things that need to be fixed up with your form, as well as H10 is going through a major update. You will need to have a digital image of a horse, and if you don't have one now, I'm sure one of our artists would be glad to lend a hand.
