Do you guys know that if you look at your hands during a dream, you can control it?
(I've never actually done it, but I heard it somewhere most-likely trustworthy)
I wonder if you guys already said that.
Gah, that never works for me. /: I've looked at my hands many times but it never triggered that "Oh! I'm dreaming" realization. But all this talk of lucid dreaming really makes me want to try it again. My dad has some books on it, but those don't really hold my attention. I joined this forum a while back for lucid dreamers, but forgot my password and the 'send me a new password' button wouldn't work, so I just never went back.
I think I may have had something like an intense daydream once when I was a kid. I was in bed trying to sleep and I just started seeing things all around me. I was young and so it scared the heck out of me, but when I remember it I find it so cool. I mainly remember it raining in my room, I remember seeing the drops on my pillow, and I saw fairies above me on the window. The fairies were what scared me, but I loved the rain. I remember trying to wake my sister up but she got mad at me and wouldn't listen.
But I've never experienced anything like that since. I guess I'll take up my dream journal again. Sometimes I just record them on my iPod and then write them down later.
As for writing... I have all these ideas but just don't feel like writing. Maybe tomorrow.
Today I have to write an essay on what urine is. -_-
Suppose I need to get started on it.
