"Nurse Joy, Nurse Joy, what's this about a contest? It sounds so exciting! I would love to sign up!" I jumped up from my seat and rushed to the front desk after reading the article. "Are there any requirements?" I asked. I had never been in a contest before and I was full of questions.

I picked her up and smiled at Windy. "Thanks so much! Now, when are you going to talk to your parents? They must let you go be a Pokemon Trainer after this!" Shasara chimed in with my speech with a soft "Piiiip!" and bounced in my arms.

Nurse Joy chuckled for a moment, seeing your excitement. "Soon a pokemon contest is comming up, oh what a wonderful contest it is. Many surprising things happen during the contest. So it's best that you train up your pokemon." Nurse Joy said.

I glanced at the clock. "Nurse Joy, I'll be off for a while but could you hold onto Gale until I'm back?" I asked. Without waiting for a reply or even looking back, I took off as fast as my feet could carry me.
"Swiver, come out!" Swiver came out and was bursting with excitement. "Nurse Joy said that we should start training. How should we start?" Without any good ideas, Swiver and I started running laps around the area.

The girl smiled a little cracked smile. "Well have to see when They come home-" As if on cue, the door swung open, and a tall man came in with a slinder-looking woman. Between them a crumped Heracross was being held up, and groaned ever so softly. "Windy- get the healing table ready- this pokemon has been in a terrible attack." Her mother barked, along with a set of instructions, and it was almost if they saw right past you.

The little bug was easily lifted, and some of the leaves fell off, showing the black squishy body of it. However, the bug was easily visious when it came to food. It took the whole berry into its mouth and devowered it smoothly. It was obvious the way to the heart was though the bug's stomach. "Burmy!" It said, feeling fresh from the berry you had given it.

Lady
The boy looked at you with dissbeliefe in his eyes. "Does that actually work?" He ask, it was obvious he had never actually thought of that himself. "It seems like sence everything is so low level, it would be hard to raise any pokemon like that."

Me
I smiled wildly, glad that the old man would actually be usuing the money for good. I place Blaze down infront of the man, along with Ben, and take out Blue's pokeball. I let her out with the two others, and smiled. "You all just stand all pretty. This man is going to paint you all! Dont worry- I bet it will be beautiful." I smiled down at my pokemon, and sat down, pulling out the money I would owe him afterwards.

I stared at the couple. If they let Windy become a trainer, it might be good to have her as a traveling partner. She would certainly be fun to have around.
I gently stroked Shasara's soft feathers. "Shasa..." Shasara crooned.
