Species: Australian Shepherd
Kennel Number: #73
Why would you like this character/What will you do for this character?: I think 'she' is a beautiful character, and i would not let her go to waste. I think she is a lovely character because she is both beautiful but not overpowering with colors etc.
Personality: Funny, Foolish, loyal, friendly, kind, can be arrogant. She loves jellybeans, and her favorite item is her blue bandanna.
History: Bell grew up on the farm, working as a sheep dog, with her siblings. She still is a resident to the farm, but instead of working, she can often be found bathing with the pigs, and chasing the ducks. Bell often finds herself eating all the animal feed. YUM!
Other: Thank You for considering.

Revamps put up ^^
Thank you Dusk c:
I will be here
when you think you’re all alone
Seeping through the cracks
I’m the poison in your bones
My love is your disease
I won't let it set you free
Til I break you
You’ll never know what hit you
Won’t see me closing in
I’m gonna make you suffer
This hell you put me in
I’m underneath your skin
The devil within
You’ll never know what hit you
I tried to be the lover to your nightmare
Look what you made of me
Now I’m a heavy burden that you can’t bear
Look what you made of me
Look what you made of me
I’ll make you see

Name: Keme
["Keh-MAY"]
[Native Am., "Secret"]
Gender: Female
Species: Dog; [Australian Shep] X [German Shep X Weimaraner]
Kennel Number: 55
Why would you like this character/What will you do for this character?: This beautiful girl has called out to me since the moment she was donated. After being chided by my sister for having too many characters, I took down a form I had for her, but I've since gone through two breaks... and she's still here. I have a spot for her, and I can no longer resist.
I will add her to my stories - by that, I mean I will write, draw, and headmate with her as she pleases. I will do my best to make sure she's in a very good home, though I am too modest to say that I will be the best owner to ever have a character (there are people that say similar things about me, though).Personality:
Keme has Disassociative Identity Disorder. That is to say, she has multiple personalities in one body. She has but one alter - Brooklyn - who is not her opposite, but a complement of her real self.Personality One: Keme
Shy. Keme doesn't say much, mostly keeping to herself with her ears down and tail tucked neatly between her legs. She's less afraid of others and more afraid of herself, hoping to whatever gods may exist that she stays safe.
Appreciative. Keme is easily impressed, and loves appreciating the work of others, as well as any gifts, no matter how small, she may receive.
Paranoid. Keme always looks behind her back, watching and waiting for... something. This trait ties in with her shyness, forming her skittish nature.
Cowardly. Her skittish nature leads her to being a bit of a coward - anyone that she doesn't know will scare her at first, and she has been seen fleeing from even the tiniest, least threatening mouse.Personality Two: Brooklyn
Paranoid. The alter personality, Brooklyn, is just as paranoid as Keme. However, Brooklyn is less likely to hold her punches; when scared, she is more apt to bite than skitter away.
Vengeful. Brooklyn... holds grudges. Things that scare her will be punished in crueler ways than she lets on. She is not a vicious dog, persay, just a vindictive one.
Anti-touch. Keme doesn't like being touched for fear; Brooklyn just doesn't like being touched. She bends away and growls, staring down the offender.
Emotional. Brooklyn isn't a cold, sadistic wench. She has a wider range of emotions than Keme herself, with a high sensitivity level.History:
Ever since I was a pup, they told me that I had been dropped on my head. I was the runt of the litter, of course - but the only one that survived. I was at the doctor's, holding on for life when my house was destroyed by fire... my mother died trying to save my brothers and sisters. At least... that's what I think happened. It's... it's odd, but I don't have the memory. All that I can remember is a burning hatred... then... nothing. I guess my mind picked up the pieces later... but... I'm still not so sure.
All I know is that there's something inside of me. Watching and waiting... and sometimes... sometimes it comes out.
Keme's life began with hardship, when she lost her family. However, she doesn't know how she lost them; her mind put together the images of the charred house and her dead family, and assumed that it was an accident. It never occurred to her that her alter, Brooklyn, had taken control, returned home, and caused the fire before retreating back to the hospital. Brooklyn is also the cause for that burning hatred.
Upon her official release from the hospital, she wandered the streets, eating whatever she could and hiding in every space available to her. One hiding spot in particular became her favorite - a hiding hole underneath the stoop of a particularly old house. Its occupant, a curious anthromorphic wolf by the name of Kaluah, often dropped food off of the porch for her whenever she came by. Slowly, slowly, Kaluah gained Keme's trust, until she finally invited the lost vagrant into her home.
Life with Kaluah was at first rocky - Brooklyn radiated suspicion that leaked into Keme's subconscious, especially when Kaluah's main hobby came into light - paranormal investigation. Keme, of course, was petrified of the idea - spirits made her even more paranoid, and that would make it easier for Brooklyn to come forth.
It came to no surprise that, as Kaluah found a fellow investigator and they formed a team that slowly gained members, Keme was constantly on edge. Spirit Seeker and his ghostly brother Solace were especially troublesome, because the felines were so mischievous, often to the point of making Keme hide under the bed or under the belly of Kaluah's oldest friend, the Nevorath dragon Zaas.
But there came a day that Brooklyn broke through, of course. The team... didn't know how to react the the snarls and overall dangerous look that overcame her, other than to assume that a demon had taken possession of her.
Brooklyn... was exorcised.
The process would have worked if Brooklyn had been a demon - however, because that wasn't the case, the team made a break for it, running and hiding as the bound alter fought the ropes and chains that they had used to hold her down for the ritual. Upon Keme's return... nobody was there.
Abandoned, she was released by the priest, and started to return to her old ways. She never thought that she would see Kaluah again... and she didn't know if she would forgive the team for letting her go.
Who was she kidding. Of course she would.
I walk the streets again, hoping to find my way home. Or... or maybe somewhere better. Somewhere that this monster inside of me won't hurt anyone again. I follow the black birds in the sky, hoping they'll lead me... I hear that there's a black bird out there that knows things. Maybe I'll find him. Maybe he'll have the answers. Or maybe I'll die trying... that's... that wouldn't be so bad.Other:

Name: Pitchi
Gender: Female
Species: Cat/Fox (75% cat, 25% fox)
Kennel Number: 30
Why would you like this character/What will you do for this character?: I really, really, really love cat characters. The added amount of fox makes her absolutley amazing. Once I get some more characters,(she will actually be my first real character. I'll be trying to adopt more from here :3) she will be in a character thread. I'll totally try and order some art of her :3 I definatly will not change the design.
Personality: For Pitchi, friends are not high priority. She would prefer to sit alone and write rather than talking to another person. She appears to be bored most of the time, but almost never voices her real feelings. Pitchi is easily annoyed and tends to leave in the middle of a rare conversation. Music and writing seem to be the only things she actually enjoys. Her favorite food is dry cereal and will eat it at any possible time, no matter what she is doing. Pitchi will also do nothing but listen to music for hours, staring blankly. If disturbed during that, she becomes extremely angry. She never takes her armbands off. Pitchi is quite smart but never shows off her intelligence.
History: "All right everyone, wake up! We're expecting lots of visitors today!"
Pitchi knew that sound. It was the sound of the staff at the adoption center. She didn't care, none of the "lots of visitors" stopped at her kennel. Even if they did, they wouldn't choose her. Pitchi ignored them until the staff had to come in and wake her up. It was fun to mess with their heads. Once she was finally awake, she walked over to her bowl. Cat food. Oh joy. Pitchi ate her meal in silence. It was then she noticed one of the staff members had walked over and was standing in front of her kennel. The owner of the agency. The owner spoke to her.
"Pitchi, I expect you to be at least half-decent today. Make an effort to be friendly, please?"
Pitchi wasn't listening. She was turned away from the owner, ignoring every word. "When are they going to learn?" she thought. "It's hopeless. I'll never be adopted, they might as well stop trying, like I already have."
It seemed as if Pitchi had never shown any emotion, not since the tragedy, at least. Thank goodness, everyone thought, that Pitchi hadn't been in the house when the fire started. Thank goodness that Pitchi had been out buying that journal, or she would have most certainly me the same fate as her family. Pitchi never wrote in the journal from that day. She filled many other journals with as many words as they could hold, but never wrote just one word in that journal, not even her name.
After the tragedy, Pitchi was placed in many, many different adoption centers. She made it her goal to be kicked out of every single one. And she very nearly succeeded. But, sadly for her, the last adoption center turned her over to SLAP. The owner of the last one told them "This is a very difficult character. We cannot keep her due to behavior problems. You have a great training program, might we turn her over to you?" Of course, they accepted. But Pitchi had a new goal now: to make a mockery of the training program.
Pitchi ignored everything they could possibly do. She was placed in the "intesive training group" after she failed to respond to normal training. One by one, Pitchi saw the other characters in the training group with her move to normal kennels, while she stayed in intensive training. Christmas came and went. So did New Year's. Pitchi was still in training. Finally, finally, they gave up and decided to just give her a normal kennel and see how it went. And it went....terrible.
Pitchi was hard as a rock. No one could get her to speak to them or show any kind of emotion. She spent her days in her kennel staring at the wall, writing in her many journals. Every visitor to the adoption center passed her by. No one needed a character who hated everything, right? So Pitchi stayed there for days, weeks, months...and still sat there.
Of course, Pitchi didn't really care. She irritated the staff, bothered the other characters, and scared off the visitors and potential adopters. That was her goal now. She sat there, in her kennel, thinking "How to scare adopters today?" She could do a lot of things. But her time to launch a master plan was cut short. "We've got visitors! Get yourselves ready!" Pitchi only had three options now. The first, just don't get ready at all. The second, give herself a crazy makeover and stare at the visitors. The third was to get ready and scare them off with personality. She went with choice number three that day.
Just seconds after Pitchi was finally ready, the doors to the adoption center were opened and visitors flooded in. The characters rushed to the front of their kennels. All except Pitchi. She knew they wouldn't pick her. If they considered, she would use her plan 3, scare them off with her personality. But the visitor who walked by the hallway stopped directly at Pitchi's kennel.
"This is the one."
WHAT?!? She hadn't taken more than a glance at her, much less tried speaking to her. Pitchi had no chance to even use her plan! She turned to scream or bite the visitor. But she was gone. Filling out adoption forms for the next adoption day. Of course, they'd turn Pitchi over to her, regardless of the form, they were so eager to get her out of here. But what if she did not want to go?
Pitchi knew then, she had to escape. Now.
It didn't take long for Pitchi to formulate a master plan. It didn't matter that it broke at least fifty laws of the Internet Character Code, including the most important one. She had to do whatever she could to get out. She refused to be adopted. Although the next adoption day was weeks away, she needed to put her plan into action, immediantly.
The next day, surprisingly, Pitchi woke up early. The kennel cleaner wasn't even to Pitchi's kennel yet. "Good." she whispered. This was exactly what she needed. All she had to do was wait...
Waiting for the best plan yet to be put into action.
About thirty minutes later, the kennel cleaner arrived at Pitchi's kennel, to see an alarming sight: Pitchi awake and smiling. The kennel cleaner was shocked. Wasn't this the catfox that hated life itself and never showed any emotion? Imagine her surprise when Pitchi walked over and gave her a sincere, heartfelt hug.
The kennel cleaner left in a hurry after that. This was so unlike Pitchi! This was beyond bizarre. What was causing Pitchi to do this? "Maybe.." thought the kennel cleaner, "Pitchi has finally warmed up to us. Maybe she can turn out to be a nice little catfox. Maybe I will adopt her one day, she will be the perfect character and stay with me until the end of time."
Back at the kennel, Pitchi's smile spread into a mischeivious grin, and she proudly held up a key, with the number 30, her kennel number.Other: Thank you for giving me this chance at Pitchi. Huge WIP though. Will be updated frequently, I'll tell you when it's done :3Maipe

Name:
Nook
Gender:
Female
Species:
Pure Australian Shepherd
Kennel Number:
#73
Why would you like this character/What will you do for this character?:
Once I saw this design, I automatically loved her. Her design is lovely, and it matches a australian shepherd pretty well. Australian Shepherds are one of my favorite dogs, and I absolutely love eyes that have two different colors. I particularly like characters that are dogs, not wolves {Even though I have many wolves. x3}. <3
Eles will be placed on my character thread {or website, when I get one up and running}, and she shall be drawn a lot. Eles will be a special character in my heart, and will be placed in a story when I get the chance. Eles will always be showered with art, and she shall be one of my major characters. <3
Personality:
Before The Accident;
A ethusiastuc go-to dog with a sweet attitude. She rounded up a smile on everyone's day. Nook would pester someone until they would smile. Nook was a great advice giver, sweet, and sometimes pretty bossy. She was the leader of her home, and she enjoyed it. Nook needed to be the boss; she thought it would make her weak if she wasn't. Nook was never sad, and always looked at the bright side. She had thought that if she was happy, everyone would mimic and follow her. Nook could create a peaceful world for herself.
After The Accident;
Nook is a shy girl, normally in hiding and away from others. She doesn't trust so easily, and her feelings can break. She hated what her owners had done to her, creating a wall, breaking her personality. It was very hard to gain her friendship, and even after she couldn't trust well. She thought others would do the same thing like her owners. Nook felt so lonely inside, and she turned to be stubborn, aggressive, and harsh. Only if she encountered others though. Nook became selfish; thinking of her before others. She looked like she had no feelings at all.
When she met Aussie;
Nook had been knocked with sense. Aussie had taught her there wasn't always perfect; that there may be times that it won't be the best. Nook is shy, but she has learned to accept others and let others share their ideas. She had broken the wall, creating a personality of perfection. Nook is quiet, but can be adventourous and courageous. Nook cannot be alone; she suffered from being alone. Nook will try to put a smile on her friend's faces, but if they want to be alone, she will not pester. She loves the limelight; but will back away from being a leader. Nook is a kind soul, but now is pretty sarcastic. Instead of being selfish, she developed a more sarcastic side. Nook has learned that she can always count on friends, and doesn't need to do things solo.
History:
And she ran.
She never turned back. She dared not to look. Nook breathed hard, running faster.
Before;
Nook barked at the door, scratching, her ears flopping. The sun was beating down on the yard, almost calling her. Her owners opened the door, together, united as one. Nook was in a perfect home. She would be safe.
A year had passed, and she finally had settled down with her owners. But that one night....... They had fought, and in the morning lashed it out on her. She had to run, but they never opened the door to her. So Nook hid, she came out only in the night, to get the small portion of food in her bowl. She retraced her thoughts back to the fight; yelling, stomping. She lowered her ears; the feeling of sadness overcame her.
One night, while Nook had eaten her portion, the male stomped out. The female followed. They had opened the door; one hand. Nook sprinted out, only to be greeted by trucks. Two were moving trucks; another was a pound truck. The male approached her, but she backed out and ran.
And so she ran.
Nook fled into the woods, leaves crunching under her paws. The rain on her pelt glistened in the night. The thunder hissed, and she felt her blue bandana slipping, but she didn't care. Nook was greeted with tears; sadness overcame her. She halted, when she couldn't see lights or hear yelling. "I will never regret running." Nook muttered silently. She was soaking now; not only with rain, but with tears.
Nook had claimed a territory deep in the forest, even though she didn't know anything about surviving in the woods. She rejected any help and fought off any animal near her territory, unless it was prey. The sun awoken, and she stood up, waiting for the first prey. But it wasn't a prey.
It was a canine. It had brown fur, with a design like a australian shepherd. Her hair was a pale pink, and she wore a green bandana; like Nook! Nook glared at the canine, but the shepherd leaned against a tree, giggling.
"So you are the famous dog in this part of the woods. I'm Aussie. Your name?" she barked at Nook. Nook stood her position.
"I am Nook. Or, you can just call me the dog that's going to chase you out of here." she growled. She had been angry with Aussie; for trespassing.
"Nook. What a lovely name. Reminds me of a crystal creek. A crystal; a diamond of a sort." Aussie snorted. She looked at her de-tachable claws. Nook lowered her ears, and laid down to the ground. Maybe this shepherd wasn't really a threat; maybe sort of an alliance. Nook had mixed emotions; when did she ever have contact with another dog?
Flashback;
Nook barked at the sound of her friend. She raced across the dog park, the sun glimmering her pelt. Her friend barked back, running.
Nook and her friend talked; for the very last time. Her owners had fought with her friend. Soon, they were being pulled back in collars from each other, never to be seen again.
Nook thought about the particular flashback; what had happened to her friend? Aussie barked, and Nook looked at her.
"Come with me Nook. I'll show you my friends. They aren't that bad." Aussie welcomed her. Nook thought about the offer. Would these friends like her? What would happen? The cause and effect? All of these would be answered soon.
Chapter 2; {This is a small portion of what will form into a mini novel in my word document.}
Nook followed Aussie silently, and dared not to look back as always. Aussie slid under a bush, and Nook copied. She gasped at what she saw.
It was a big territory, but pretty small for a pack. It had a mini waterfall, and a huge den. Only one. Another dog, with a brown coat, padded toward us.
"Hello Nook. We've been expecting you."
Other:
This is a major WIP.

Yes you may add your own characters into the story as long as they are your characters.
