Pet's name:
Clyde
Kennel Number:
3
Personality:
Clyde is an outgoing and very energetic male. He's a bit of a spit fire and has a wild free spirit. He throws caution to the wind most of the time and just goes where the wind carries him. He is bold and adventurous and never afraid to try out new things or put his life on the line if it meant a quick thrill. Clyde is a bit of a charmer and a complete ladies man, he would never lead a mare on, but he definitely shares his affection towards any pretty little lady. Despite these qualities he is a protective and defensive fatherly figure. Even without having kids of his own, he just inherited that fatherly protectiveness.
History:
Clyde was born on a dark and cloudy day, rain streaking across the land, lightning illumintating the darkness. There was shown the brief image of a mare, whom had not moments ago given birth to a newborn foal. She licked his head tenderly and nudged him with a gentle head. The baby whinnied and stood up, only minutes after birth.
Clyde at four weeks old was taking to the skies, the brilliant sun reflecting off of his brilliant wings. Even he being so young, was a handsome and gergeous male. He flew with an unnatural grace and seemed to already be one with the air around him.
Clyde at a year old had grown to an incredible size, his slender body was outlined with muscles and his mane had grown out to an attractive length. He was quickly learning the rules of life, discovering the dangers that laid beyond, but that never stopped him from doing what he did best, being a dare devil. Whether others were watching or not, he'd be diving from incredible heights, twirling like a tornado through the skies.
Clyde at two years had discovered his love for mares. It wasn't long after he had left his mother, had he discovered those beautiful females. Without fear he would approach them, and prehaps he came on too strong, but he quickly learned.
Not long after he had developed that charming personality. He was swave, collected, strong and persistent. In his mind no mare could deny him, and for the most part that statement remained true.
Other: A little Story^^
Clyde dipped through the clouds, outstretching his long, elegant neck, his mane whipping gracefully in the wind like a flag. He moved his hooves, as if he was pretending he was running on air. With a loud and boisterous neigh, he dropped his head and dove towards the ground below. His eyes squinted, the wind blowing by at an incredible rate. The objects below continued to grow as he grew only closer toward the earth. At the last possible moment he spread his wings out to catch himself and skidded to a hault on his cliff side home. A thrilled and rather impressed look remained on his face as he trotted into his little cave. He flicked his tail, folding up his wings upon his muscular, toned body.
At the sound of whipping air he turned his head, and spotted his mother who had just returned. She looked at him quizzically, as if asking him where he had gone. "I went flying mother, don't worry." he said simply. She gave him a cross look but her expression remained soft and sweet. "you know I don't like you just 'flying' If you keep doing it the way you are, your going to end up dead." her voice had slightly hardened. Clyde just snorted, shaking his head before looking away. "why is it so important to you? You'd rather be up in the sky, then down here with me." She said stomping in front of him with a forceful snort. Clyde shook his head, looking at his mother caringly. "Because I belong up there mom. Up there with the birds. Up there, I am free." he said nudging her with his soft muzzle. She sighed. "you wernt born in the sky Clyde, no matter how much you wish it were so." she said softly. Clyde nodded. "but I wish I was. " he said. The mare sighed, turning her back from him and haughtily flicking her tail. Clyde clopped beside her. "your going to have to let me go eventually mother, I'm not a little colt anymore." he said rubbing his side against hers and nudging her with his head. She sighed, but tears began to fall, that part was the hardest part she had to hear. She looked at him, her blue eyes glistening with fresh tears. "I know. I know. I just don't want to see you go. Your my only son. I love you Clyde." she whispered. He in turn sighed. "I'll come back mother, I promise. But I have to live my life mom. I have to find my own love, have a family of my own." he said. "You've done your job. You've been the best mother a boy could ever ask, but it's time. It's time." he said turning from her now and heading towards the caves mouth. He had been waiting to talk to her about this....but he never though it would be this hard. He stopped at the edge of the rocky ledge and looked back at her. With a sorrowful look in his eye, and a mimicking look in hers, he departed his child hood home, in search of a place to call his own.
