Hi, I'm a Newbie and I'd like to know how to enter your contest.

Okay so you see the picture of the contest oekaki? (hurr hurrrr of course you do o3o)
okay now right under it is a small green bar. That bar separates the rules and prizes and stuff from the oekaki picture. on that green bar you see 2 buttons: one says "post reply" the other says "color me in". you want to click the one that says "color me in"

Now you are at the part that you design the chararcter. You can either color in my template, or draw a character on your own. Make sure you check out all the layers and read the rules
