This is not a perfect wolf anatomy, but hope it helps you getting better at wolves.
The yellow line and orange(or "bone") shows what I usually sketch before lining, so I can make sure that the anatomy is correct.
Head
The forehead and snout should be parallel and about the same length, with gentle slope. Ear facing forward with rounder tip, don't forget the details in the ear too(ears are similar to a half cone with some fur in it)! The cheek fur is also quite important. The nose is not flat or too round, but rather pointy looking. Small eyes
Neck
The neck needs to be thicker and a bit more straight and a bit more fluffy, so it doesn't look "weak".The body and the neck looks like it is about the same size, but actually the neck is a bit smaller.
Legs
If you look at some canine pictures, you'll see that they don't place legs on the same side up forward, that's what giraffes do. The fingers on the foot is not the same, the middle two is longer than the others. The front feet and hind feet isn't the same size, the front one is a little longer. The ankle and knee is at about the same height.
Body+Back+Tail
The back is usually straight and the tummy tucks up a bit where it meets the knee. The tail is not longer than the hock, don't lift up very high and covered in fur. The tip is not usually that "sharp", it should be blunter.
Hope this helps :3
