We are going to have only one or two, I've already thought that out and it will be the easiest way.

As for other jobs, they are going to stay mostly with what we have, and any changes will have to have reasons, so a poll won't work. Mostly it will just be to see how many jobs there are and make sure they are all filled.

I'm willing to be a second Archivist. Now that I've gotten back into the action, I can run the Grand Prix once a month and work in the archive. Marching season is over for me, so I recently found about 5 hours of nothingness in my life. Just a suggestion.

I like the new idea of making H10.5 much more efficient. It seems like a sensible thing to do.
