Hey guys, so I've been doing some major thinking about this. H10 is growing in size, and that also means the amount of work that comes with it is growing, too. Problems that were small before are amplified now, and I think we should make a game plan to fix it. Ready?

First off, I'd like to ask if you could all try to refrain from posting things that would require updating. This includes new horses, breedings, foals, new pictures and trainings. Message me if it's something different or unique, I can easily respond to messages and I find it an easy way to alert me that there is a question. Anything before now is fine. I don't know if I said or not, but both the normal laptop and my main computer have died. I am now stuck with a MacBook Air, which I am not used to and do not like Macs very much, so I have little want to be on the computer and things are not as easy for me to do as before. Also, as I was on vacation, the updates had piled up a bit and they will take some work to get sorted on top of all the other things I want to get done.

Now I've said that, here's what I've been thinking.

It's a new year, and I'd like to give H10 a bit of a new start. I think we should try and streamline things, clear stuff out and tie up all loose ends.

To start, there's the problem with the archive. It is big, it is nasty to update, and I have already said I'm looking for an assistant archivist. This problem is going to be solved by 'hiring' a helper or two (leaning towards two, I think.) to help organize, update and keep track. A new archive will be created, and with that I will have someone to post the mare and stallion barns and maybe some of the user barns, as well as another person to do some other user barns. At the same time, I'm going to try and message all inactive members and ask if they still want their horses here. If not, they will be removed. I would also like everyone to go through their own barn and see if there are any horses that they would like to remove. We could have a mass sale, do some H10 horse trading or retiring. Also, I am going to ask everyone to have the links for their horse's lineart available so that we can start adding those to boarding forms.

Next, there's the breeding and foals situation. Personally, and I don't know how everyone else feels about this, I think it is a bit chaotic at times, from an updating point of view. I have a hard time figuring out which player owes who money, so I think I will make a small form that you fill out and send to me of who is paying who what. No big deal. I think I will hire a helper to collect the forms and then the foals, just to help me make a list of what needs updating.

Other odd jobs We should make a list (I really do mean we) of what job positions there are, what's already filled, and how many of which job there should be. This includes artists, contest runners, competition runners and assistants.

Streamlining H10 I'm going to make a form for you all to fill out, a feedback form. I think the front page is daunting and has lots of information that is really spread out. Some of the rules may need to be revised, re-organized and re- thought, to make it easy and clear.

So, who's ready to start H10's new year with a kind-of new start?

I really wanted to make some pixel ponies for everyone here for Christmas, but I ran out of time, then my computer died. Darn. Maybe next holiday?

I agree Toppy, we should clean up. I would like to voulenter myself to help with the archives and foal collection/updates. If it's ok with you, I can start in a few weeks when I get back home properly, but I can still use 'notes' on my iPod to type down stuff.

I would be happy to be an artist Toppy, if things DO get a bit hectic, I wouldnt mind helping out, also if you are in need of Minimods, then I would gladly sacrafice my time to do that ^^ OH and pixel ponies sound GREAT!

Oh, my username is very special, for me and my fursona :3 it is Latin for Your Hell, but it meant Black Death acouple of years ago, so Lorem means black and Inferno means Hell or Death ^^ It's Latin basically ^^
