I would imagine them to be smallest at like... Border Collie sized. Some child JBDs here are Great Dane sized.

if it is a child, then yes ^^
adults are pretty big, most of them as big as a great dane or even bigger, but in some cases they can be smaller. Adults can't be cat sized, though. The smallest an adult can be is Shiba Inu sized, or close to that (which would be the aproximate size of a teenage JBD) ^^
