May I use another programme to create this? It would be easier for me to do it in Paint Tool SAI because the oekaki doesn't get on with my computer.

It´s an Oekaki Contest...and you could use the base.

Some artists (like Tundra) are amazing at drawing their own lines. If they draw their own lines that are better than the ones provided, will they have a better chance at winning; or do you just judge the overall design?
I ask this becaue I might remake my entry with my own lines if I can.

Will a background help our entry? I didnt do one in case it makes the designs harder to see.
