I would love to enter and all but I'm new to CS and haven't quite figured out how to enter in a competition. can anyone help me out?

I have no idea whats wrong but it will only let me color around your character... not on it.?? What do I do?

Go to the first page and click "Colermein" C: I hope this helps!

Try clicking the "Lock Alpha" button on the thing with the layers? o:
