Ok so I hope it was ok to add some markings ^^;;
So I gave him a reddish-brown base and made sure to blend the red in ;D. I also gave him the blue electric eyes you wanted. I gave him a black stomach, muzzle, and tail. I also, added some markings I thought looked cool. The Refs are at the bottom

I figured 'Might as well give him marks I think look good' and so I did then, I saw you were a D. Gray Man fan and decided to think about something related to that.
I just liked the description of the personality you gave and made some markings I thought were close to that ^^
