I had asked if we were to pay you for a custom pearl, and then you didn't do our custom for a few months, by which point we are tired of waiting, can we get our trade back?

If you decided that you no longer wanted your pearl I would need for you to send me a pm with a link to the trade. At which point I would give back your pet and remove the pearl from your inventory. Alternatively, you could choose to give the pearl to someone else, all that would require would be a pm or post on the thread stating that you are giving your pearl to Person.

Usually when a round of custom opens, I try to do one for everyone who has a pearl in their inventory at that time. I think a few people might have slipped thru the cracks the first time but I am doing my best to get people who order a custom each time they open.
