"Uuuugh. Where is everyone?" Xerxes asked himself out loud. He had not seen a sould, besides Kozar, since he had woken up. "Why don't we go outside?" the small owl asked. "Ok, why not, ther is bound to be somebody out there." And with that he loped off to find an exit. Soon enough he felt a breeze run through his fur and he ran faster, the rock under his beating paws turning to dirt. He could see the sun coming in to the mouth of the cave, he had to get out into the rays.
Xerxes burst out of the cave at full speed and skidded to a stop. He stood up as tall as possible and breathed in the wonderful Isket air. He felt the soft blue grass under his feet and the warm breeze ruffle his fur, sending shivers of exitement run down the length of his spine. 'This... this, is where we are free.' he thought. Kozar too, was enjoying the fresh air and warmth of the sun. He was spreading out his wings and letting the warmth seep into him.
Xerxes just had to go and explore now, he started off through the grass, not paying attention to where he was goin, but he knew he could smell his scent back. He had been walking for a while when he heard footsteps nearby, he followed the noise, only to see his sister wondering about. "Eo." he whispered to Kozar, then a small evil smirk found its way to his face. He had a plan.
'Tall grass. Where was some taller grass?' he asked himself, just as he spotted some. The pup quietly ran over to the grass and as his sister passed he made the deepest growl he could. And then he burst out of the blue and tackled her, making Kozar go flying, and the two siblings tumbling. They landed with Xerxes on top, pinning Eowyn to the ground, his nose touching hers. "Gotcha!" he smirked.

(I Promise) wrote: Z E P H Y RZephyr watched Achilles indifference as he spoke about the Alphas; not in a bad way, but rather a meek way, dismissive, making them sound neutral, even more appealing. The fawn male clearly thought that Achilles might be wanting to comfort him in a friendly kind of way, just to not get him more nervous than he thought he really was. Except Zephyr was not one to get all tongue-tied in important events; rather keeping his head level and speaking calmly, passive, not showing any kind of flux of emotion flowing inside of his mind. He'd rather it be this way. He himself did not sympathise well with childish WOI's, ones that blabbed and got carried away in important situations.
Far from that. He could actually turn quite cold, if not indifferent, when under pressure, but that assured him quick reaction time - if needed - and good decision making. He was not rash, in simple words. He had learnt not to be, and he knew that could help him a great deal in battles. Nevertheless, he was courageous, but he did not jump into things without thinking them through. He tried not to be, anyways.
He picked up Achilles speed with ease, and a wry smile tugged at his features as the formal densites started to loom above the landscape of Isket. The sunrise was brilliant; unfolding into suave hues of lavender and cheeky tones of bright fuchsia, blended together with a grading dandelion yellow that reflected upon the red, rocky outcrops, giving them a warmer tone, making them seem more inviting. He gulped. He indeed had thought long and hard about this unrpobable - now converted into reality - meeting with higher entities in the pack. His conclusion was simple; he would just improvise, based on the truth. Nodding at Akia's wise statement, he noticed the fleck of himself in that phrase; he was honest and simple. Not extravagant, by any means. Not a liar. Not bashfull, not rash, just honest, and simple.
He clenched his maw, an action fueled by different emotions rumbling inside him. "I was planning to improvise on the basis of Akia's truthfull words," he said, turning to her and flashing her a small smile. "Don't get me wrong," he added, maybe slightly in a slightly more hurriedly tone. "I've been thinking of my speech since I decided on trying to join the pack. Yet I think the best thing is just answering their questions with the truth." He directed maintained his gaze with Achilles', knowing that this might seem like a slgihtly childish response. After some moments, he dropped his eyes, and shrugged nochalantly. "It's what I'm best at. I'll simply seem rigid or mess up if I had prepared a speech beforehand."
His gaze was brought upwards at the large dens, right before then. A wry expression was contorted on his face once more, yet he felt a surge of strength and determination at the thought of the closeness of the realization of his aim in the past few months. He nodded at Akia slightly, indicating he was more than ready to go once the first step forward towards the Alphas was made; he needed a guide - Achilles, Akia, or both - since he didn't know the way through these seemingly complicated pathways.

Tevron sat back on his muscled haunches, silently watching the pup, all his actions. He was hungry, alone. yes, he was young, smaller than the rest of the WOIs, but he had potential. he was brave, proud, the power lurked beneath his fur. he just needed that chance to show it, to release it and realise what he could truly do, what he could amount to.
"I am Tevron, I have no parents. I grew up without them and learnt to fend for myself at a young age." His majestic, golden dappled head dropped sadly, "And everything I ever loved is gone, my mate..she's gone." The full weight of his loss swelled and crashed down on him. Tevron winced, the pain was too much, it was hard to bear, if only it could end.
But the pain also triggered a seething fury within, a fury agianst himself, the world, fate. For the mistakes he'd made, the choices, the desicions, the consequinces. He straightened up, seeming to swell with size, a dim spark of the memory of the courageous fire inside, the strong will to fight, to deafeat and claim what was his. Claim back the life he had, the fear he struck in the helpless hearts of his enemies. he wanted it, he wanted it bad.
Tevron stood up, stepping forward. "Where is your family, your loved ones?" he said, eyeing the pup, not fierce nor in fear, a slight sneer in his question however, pitying the pup? Pitying him for having something he could lose so easily?
Mikro sighed and looked up at Tevron, "So many losses." He whispered. Just light enough so Tevron could hear him. "I don't really know. They don't care about me that much. So I...I sort of, just left them." I want to start fresh." Mikro ended with a strong, and proud bark. "They don't care," He went on, "They only like the big ones, the ones they they KNOW can be strong. The ones that will fight proudly... yet, the little guy doesn't get a chance." Mikro could feel a small tear sliding down his check. He turned so Tevron couldn't see it. "I...I would fight proudly, and show all those 'bigger' WoI that I am better." Mikro snarled and bit into a branch. He spit it on the ground and snarled at it. Then slowly turned his gaze up to Tevron, "You can see why know one likes me, I have a bad temper." Mikro sighed and let his head hang low, "Someone told me once, after I failed at training, that a WoI must be patient and never freak out like I did." Mikro closed his eyes so Tevron couldn't see how moist they were getting. He covered his paws with his tail, "Maybe I would be better off dead?" Mikro's eyes meet Tevron's. He looked into him for advice, and help. "You, you are an amazing WoI, how come your so...," Mirko searched for the right word. One that wouldn't hurt his feelings, or making him made, or sad. But he couldn't think of anything. "your so...lost?"
