I hope you like it! Heres some info:
Hecate: Greek Goddess of Magic
Word On Neck: μαγεία (Magic in greek, Glows)
Spikes on back, lightning bolts glow
Really fun to draw!
ONCE AGAIN: μαγεία Means Magic in greek, which is on the face and neck, and it glows! XD

-ya know where you choose the size of your tool? go down on that until you see scatter, then put scatter up as much as you want. Spacing helps too.
