I don't think it's approved of to fill forms for donated designs before they get accepted by Atwood and Wendigo. I've seen people do it before and on occation they did get accepted even if they where posted to early. But the risk of getting overlooked is probalbly rather high.

There isn't a rule against it, but yes, it's possible to be overlooked when collecting forms. It's safer to wait when all donations are posted.

Species: Feel free to chose a species that fits the design, but it'd like it to be a mammal predator, and at least part wild.

Any extra conditions?: Not to be used as a fursona or mate to a fursona. I need you to save and upload the picture on a image hosting site yourself or else I will have troubles with my bandwidth and you image will disappear. If no longer wanted I'd like it to be sent back to me (Spotty) and I will find it a new home. I would like that the person adopting my design have some kind of plan what to do with the design, it may be as a long term RP char or just as a lucky pet to get lots of art of. I'd also like it if you made the character a "home" in a thread of it's own or as part of your pre-existing character thread. You may add accessories to the design, but not change the design of the body. You may not edit the original image.
