Like the lineart for the bump who is leaning down, you have two of that kind of pup

Go to that section of lineart (for whichever feature/pet you want) and highlight it...
Then with it still highlighted, go to the top left corner and copy that lineart.

Then, there is a tool that allows you to move the lines in the corner as well...
