HEY LOOK EVERYBODY, NIEKO'S BACK! 8D

I made this character about a year ago, then after a month or two I just kind of forgot about him... but now that December has come again, I've decided to bring him back. He's kind of become my winter character, since I was listening to a Christmas song when I designed him. ^^

His name means "nothing".
