On Oekaki, when you colour something in, you can tick the box next to lock alpha and not go outside the lines.

I tried I ticked the box but it still went outside the lines when i colored :0

Which lineart are you using? If this one, select the layer that says Color Here or whatever, and then tick Lock Alpha.
