As far as I've seen, yes. However, the one in the Pound has been adopted by Miakemi, and is no longer available.

you don't allways have to pay ... if the user who ordered this Aegolius has allready paid then I'll give this cutie free of charge to the new home...
but I want to get a little something for my effort... so if the orderer did not pay I ask for a payment when I set it up for adoption ^^
