Yea it's all about the number generator I still haven't woo'd a single ahzenai since this thread and the original thread first opened all mine are customs xD

Clockwork eyed the piece that the tall boy had casually slid into place on the contraption he had been tinkering with. At first he had been flustered that the boy was going to break it, but when the piece fit perfectly his hopes soared that perhaps he had found a new companion.

He had been too absorbed in his tinkering and had only been half-listening to what a good majority of what the suitors said. Only a few words here and there had worked their way through to his mind. He vaguely remembered the boy commenting on an invention- wings maybe- that he had been having problems with.

"I could help with that." Clockwork thought to himself. He rose to his feet and carefully wrapped his bits and pieces of metal in the scrap of cloth he carried them in. Once satisfied they would not fall out, he went in search of the boy. Only a few moments later did he find him reclined back, reading a book.

"Hi there," he said, sitting back on his haunches. He carefully placed the cloth sack on the ground before looking back up at the boy. "What's this project you're working on?"

Elvira politely waited until the last of the suitors had left her. She then rose to her feet carefully and began to pace as she began to carefully choose who she would leave with. Many had offered her such lovely things and she only wished she could leave with them all. However, as much as she wanted to leave with some, she wasn't sure they actually needed her.

The girl Ella, who she had watched practice graceful movements had caught her eye, but out of politeness she did not give her more attention than she did any other. Her heart had almost broke when Ella had nearly broke down and begged Elvira to teach her to be graceful. While Elvira did not necessarily think she was the most graceful thing she did that perhaps she had something to offer to this girl. With her decision made, she set off with one paw carefully placed in front of the other.

"Ella," she whispered with a smile. "I would love to help you."

Xiron was surprised time and time again as the suitors had continuously found him. He had thought his frequent change in hiding places would be enough to dissuade them, but all it seemed to do was announce his presence. By now he had just given up and decided to just let them come, though this did not make it any less comfortable.

Many came and related to him their stories and promises but he did not feel the spark of attraction towards any of them. It was only when nearly black Ahzenai had appeared that something fluttered beneath his fear. He turned his full attention to this Ahzenai who called herself Vercivis. She told him her story, of her companion who had passed, and how she was heartbroken over the matter. That she did not know what to do with herself comforted Xiron, he too did not know what to do with himself and although his time was short in this world the thought of being alone, completely alone unnerved him. He did like his seclusion, but he didn't think he could do it for any long period of time.

He rolled the shiny stone that was left behind between his paw pads. Admiring its shimmer in the pale light of his element. He nodded once to himself. Yes, she would do.

He rose to his feet and padded into the treeline where Vercivis had vanished and found her not too far away.

"Vercivis," he said a bit nervously. "May I join you?"

Sererak blissfully ran in circles around the vortex and her heart leapt each time a suitor shouted for her to join them, or even joined her in running. She roared out in joy as she felt her muscles rippling beneath her vibrant pelt and as her paws sunk into the cool sand.

Hearing another set of pawpads coming up behind her, she glanced to the side to see a reddish Ahzenai gallop up to join her. She laughed at his goofy run, but was pleased another had come to join her. She momentarily closed her eyes to drink in the feel of the wind through her fur, and the sound of her and the other's breathing as they labored to push themselves even faster. Here was her playmate.

She opened her eyes as the sounds of the other's pawsteps veered off and vanished, slowing to a stop she watched as he returned to a human a curled around their feet. She smirked before trotting over and looking down at him.

"Let's play more." She invited, poking his nose with her paw. "Come on you, let's run!"

Vercivis flicked her tail in surprise, hearing another voice. She turned quickly. "Oh," she said, the surpise evident in her smooth tone. "It"s you! Yes, o-of course you may!" he said, a pleased smile speading across her face. "I'm so glad you've chosen me, I won't let you down."

(I would type a better response, but my hands are shaking sohard its quite difficult. xD )
