When will the pound be open?

It won't be open until Keeks decides to open it again. We're not allowed to ask.

[Yup, and the pound is for confiscated foximps or leftover pups from breedings -which aren't open- so the pound won't be open for a while I should think. However you might get a chance to get a foximp if/when keeks puts a batch up.]

When it says that Batch 11 is only for people with less than two Foximps, and I have two, can I get one? Does having two count for me getting them, or is it only 0-1?

I think it means people who either don't have a Foximp, or only has one. Since it's less than two, I think it's that?
