I've reduced the number of mini-mods, I'll hire more in January. We only want 1 more mini mod ^^

What's the difference between a mod and a mini mod because I tried out for the mod position! ^^

Admin assistants can help me and Dizz make snails if we cannot. They take a bigger piece of work on than others. They will help with events and art as well as help with moderators and mini-mods. They can asnwer questions if me and dizz cant ^^

The moderators must alert a admin assistant if there is a problem with a user, their task is to keep the topic clean from spam. They can warn someone if they are disobeying thread rules ^^

The mini-mods little task is to bump up the topic when it is off the first page, they can help with mods but have no warning/ban powers. Mini-mods can be promoted to a moderator if necesary ^^
