What is the difference in job description between the mini-mods and moderators? Like what do each do?

Admin assistants can help me and Dizz make snails if we cannot. They take a bigger piece of work on than others. They will help with events and art as well as help with moderators and mini-mods. They can asnwer questions if me and dizz cant ^^

The moderators must alert a admin assistant if there is a problem with a user, their task is to keep the topic clean from spam. They can warn someone if they are disobeying thread rules ^^

The mini-mods little task is to bump up the topic when it is off the first page, they can help with mods but have no warning/ban powers. Mini-mods can be promoted to a moderator if necesary ^^

Yes, It will be, though I dont want forms for it since me and dizz will promote one of the mods {Like I did with Tesshin-san} to that position, it will be someone that I see on the forums a lot, are active, and I know pretty well.
