That's not quite how this works, catox - people donate designs they've made, and then people who want to 'adopt' that design write applications for it and the best application wins it. The characters here aren't made to specificiations, though there are some other places around Creativity that will make you your own design based on what you want. A lot of places are closed around Christmas, but you might find a couple open ones that can make a wolf for you. Good luck! ^^
