Rhys relaxed on the roof top of the brick building, his arms under his head and his eyes watching the clouds. His orange tabby tail twitched as a fly landed on it, he could hear the sounds of the traffic below, but chose to ignore it. His eyes wandered lazily over the clouds, picking out clouds shaped liked butterflies, wolves, nekos, footballs, etc.

Katelyn walked hesitantly into the grocery store, her brown tabby ears hidden by her hair and her tail was hidden under her shirt. She knew she needed to get something to eat, but she hated being around so many humans, what if one of them was a neko hunter? Or a neko catcher bot in disguise? She ran around the grocery store, grabbing fruits and vegetables, anything without meat. Katelyn was a veterinarian, couldn't stand meat, or even fish. After she grabbed what she wanted she headed to the checkout counter and purchased her food with some stolen cash. Carrying her bags, she headed out of the store, breathing a sigh of relief. Katelyn walked 5 blocks to her small apartment she somehow managed to afford each month. She pulled out the key and unlocked the door, heading inside. Katelyn put her groceries away, then, checking the shades were all closed, she flopped down on the couch with a sigh and revealed her tail and ears.

Ikuto was sitting alone in a tree, looking up at the sky. He sighed. It was beautiful but lonely. Was there anyone around that he could trust and hang around with?

Amelia giggled to herself as she bit into a pear. This was one of her favorite fruits. She smiled up at the night sky wondering if there was anyone out there like herself that needed a friend.

[Ivara]

Rhys huddled in his current tree, then gathering himself up, leap from the branch and landed in Ikuto's tree, his sudden landing causing the whole tree to shake. "Gah!" Rhys yelled in frustration, using his long orange tabby tail to keep his balance on the branch, "Why can't I make my landings silent!"

Katelyn looked outside, seeing it was night she slipped on a thin coat and headed out the door. She loved the night, when all the cars were gone and no one was outside, it was the only time she could really be herself, a neko. Her ears popped out of her hair once she realized no one was up and about in her sleepy little neighborhood. Her tail uncurled from under her jacket and Katelyn smiled to herself, enjoying the night breeze.

Ikuto jumped off the tree quickly looking back up at Rhys. "Who the heck are you! why are you here!"

[Ivara]

Rhys fell off the branch with surprise, landing with a hard thump in the grass underneath the tree. He stayed on the ground, waiting for the pain to pass, but he did sit up, "Dude, what were you doing in the tree I jumped into?" Rhys said in retaliation, thankful his tail was trapped underneath him, out of sight on this human.

Ikuto was silent for a moment then said, "You smell funny" He leaned down by Rhys and smelt him. It was a strange thing to do but he couldnt help it. It was a rare smell he hadnt smelt in a long time.

Amelia looked up in the sky and sighed. This was just a bad day for her. She wished she had someone out there that could love her like she meant something.
