{Here you can adopt your own little Gerbils. The gerbils live in Glass Cubes. Gerbils can have items added to them, breed, and show. Most gerbils are natural colored, a Fantasy gerbil can be purchased at the Pet Dox, as can customs and specials. Items can be purchased at the Shop Dox. There are various types of items; food, toy, accessory, cage, and enhancement. Item types are explained at the Shop Dox.}

{Gerbils don't really do much. They kind of sit there and look cute. Every now and then they will talk to you, but only about once a week. What they say tends to make little sense. Gerbils don't understand English well. Most gerbils actually prefer to speak French. No one is sure as to why this is. Gerbils do not grow. They are rather scatter brained. Gerbils get bored easily. If a gerbil is bored, hungry, tired, or dirty, they will run away. If your gerbil runs away, the best thing to do is buy new items to lure it back.}

{To get your first gerbil, you must fill out this application. You will be given a random gerbil. They all have different personalities. Most do not bite. Some are grumpy though. They will often say things such as; "Murder." "Roar." "I kill you." "Pickles." Gerbils do not like pickles. Gerbils use Pickles as an insult. If your gerbil says pickles, it is most likely cross with you. The best thing to do is give it a new toy.

After you get your first gerbil, you no longer get free gerbils. Now you must buy gerbils from the Pet Dox. To buy gerbils and items, you need bits. To get bits, you need your first gerbil. If your gerbil is happy, it will give you 500 bits a week. If it is unhappy, it will not. If you do not want to wait for Sunday to come, then you can bribe the bank master, ♠Plague♠, by sending over one rat. One rat gets you 100 bits, no matter the year or rarity.}

To get your very first gerbil, yes! Make sure you read THE ENTIRE FIRST THREAD though, there is a ton of very important info in there. It's all pretty simple. I am setting up the Town right now. Then I will proceed to setting up the Pet and Shop dox.
