What are Wha Whaas?
Wha Whaas are cute chihuahua type dogs (Wha's for short). They favorite foods are Tacos and Tootie Rolls. Whats out! they might steal them from you! Some are grouchy and mean others are sweet and loving. I am also really excited to present them to you becuase they are my very first adoptable with a transparent Background! The normal one has normal ears and a normal tail. Electric Wha Whaa has electric ears and tail!

Rules ~
- Don't steal the idea, new or old lineart, or anything else associated withWha Whaas.
- Do NOT edit your adoptions form in any way, shape, or figure.
- No whining or begging.
- I do have a life, and am very busy with school.
- These don't go off CS due to recent art theft.
