Likes: She likes to sit around by the water's edge, just sitting and thinking. Keira also has fun goofing around with her special friends.
Dislikes: She dislikes people who treat her as different, just because she isn't very talkative and has a lame front foot.
History/Background: When she was very little, she lived with her mother, father, and 3 boy siblings. After about a week after she had stopped drinking milk from her mother, all of them were sleeping in their den, when suddenly the trees in front of their den caught on fire! They 4 puppies started whimpering and woke up mother and father. Keira's mother picked her up in her mouth and threw her out of the den. Her back fur caught one fire, but she landed in something ice cold. It was the river! "Mommy! Daddy!" she cried, but she was pulled under the water. Keira scrambled onto a piece of dry wood and hung on for her life. Later, Keira didn't know how long it had been, the wood floated onto a dry bank and she climbed off, wet, cold, and a broken front paw, but safe. She limped over to a tree and fell fast asleep. She never saw her mom, dad, or siblings again.

History/Background:I was Danny's horse. I have spent my life under his saddle--with him in it, too, and he is good for two hundred pounds, without his clothes; and there is no telling how much he does weigh when he is out on the war-path and has his batteries belted on. He is over six feet, is young, hasn't an ounce of waste flesh, is straight, graceful, springy in his motions, quick as a cat, and has a handsome face, and black hair dangling down on his shoulders, and is beautiful to look at; and nobody is braver than he is, and nobody is stronger, except myself. Yes, a person that doubts that he is fine to see should see him in his beaded buckskins, on my back and his rifle peeping above his shoulder, chasing a hostile trail, with me going like the wind and his hair streaming out behind from the shelter of his broad slouth. Yes, he is a sight to look at then--and I'm part of it myself. Then he starts to grow wider. Soon I cant take his wait then I am sold to the pound for a better home! (horses point of view)

Why do you want this animal and what will you do for it?:
After the last code drop, I searched through the kennels, hoping to find a new character to love, as I only have one character currently. I saw Jasper, and he was everything I was looking for: colourful, handsome, fun, and unique. I don't like natural, or plain designs, so he was perfect. Also, I really love the colour choice: he's like a watermelon! What could be better than that? Anyways, I absolutely adore Jasper and I hope - for once - I can finish his form, and bring him home.

If I do win Jasper, I will:
• First, run around my house - with my laptop - screaming.
• Second, finish my characters' website as soon as possible, which includes adding Jasper to the family!
• Third, order as much art as possible of him, and add it all to his page.
• Finally, cherish him forever, and never let him be touched by a speck of dust.

Description:
Jasper is a Dhole, which is a mix between a Border Collie, a Red Panda, and something else unknown. The characteristics of this creature include: large eyes, long limbs, and fluffy fur throughout the body, though most prominent on the mane, ears, and tail. The colours of fur are similar to those of a watermelon, in that they are different tones of green, red, and black. This specific creature is quick & nimble, able to evade almost any predator that crosses its path. This is nessecary, as because of its bright colour scheme, it is not able to camoflauge itself or hide well. It does not have much " meat on its bones ", so to speak, and thus, has to eat often to avoid deterioration of the muscle layer, which is especially prominent in the limbs.

Personality:
~Optimistic~
Jasper is always trying to put a grin on someone’s face. He believes that if you can see the good in everything and everyone, you will never be miserable. If you are feeling down, he is the friend that will make you smile and laugh, even though the situation may seem bleak. Even though it may be dim and far away, he can always see the light at the end of the tunnel.

~Inventive~
Whether it be a chore or a rainy day, he'll always find a way to have fun. He creates innumerable amounts of games and activities, and will not tolerate boredom, being still, or patience. Jasper can turn almost anything into a source of entertainment, and believes that if it doesn't exist; make it yourself!

~Naive~
Sometimes too trusting, his naivety is often a result of his ability to see the good in everyone. This can be a bad thing, though because he trusts others, Jasper is very trustworthy himself.

~Loyal~
He will never abandon a friend in need; in fact, he'll never abandon anyone in need. He loves to help others in anyway he can, and will go out of his way to do it. He is someone you can count on, and if you ask him to get something done, you won't be dissapointed.

~Motivated~
Procrastinator is definitely a word that does N O T describe Jasper. If he has a reason for his actions and a plan of some sort, he will get it done. He is very responsible when it comes to tasks, which can not be said for his ability to remember where things are.

~Extroverted~
Jasper is extremely outgoing and is not at all shy. He adores meeting new people, and can't stand being alone. He is comfortable with talking in front of crowds, and is easy to make conversations with.
