@ wakawaka: To get a Pound pet, you have two forms to post. 1st form: the Pound form. 2nd form: the Item Form 1 - Direct Use (found under The One Stop Item Shop). The second form should be filled out saying you want a Pound ticket. I hope that makes sense!
