Late post but I'm fine with that new idea. I think it's good, only problem is that people may get confused on if donations are open or closed after some time has passed. But overall sounds okay.

Reason You Want It:
He's an adorable character and has a such a sweet, simple design. I love how natural and beautiful it is. He would be a great little pet for Liru, my fursona, to keep. Plus, I feel bad for the little guy. He's an adorable character who deserves a good, happy home. I'm willing to give him one. My fursona has always needed a little companion, and he will be featured in a lot of her art if I get him.

History/Background/Other:
When Kuck was born, he lived with three other siblings, all bigger then he was because they didn't let him have any of the food their mother brought. In other words, he was a runt. He was bullied constantly by his family and after a while, even his mother began to ignore him. She didn't think he had any chance of surviving, anyway, so why waste perfectly good food on a baby who won't live anyway?

Kuck was a very spirited little bird, though. He didn't let his family kill his joy and love of life. Every night when they were all asleep, he would climb to the end of the branches and look out over the beautiful forest. He would never be allowed to go there if his mother was awake, even if they didn't care about him. He just loved that wonderful glow of the moon. He didn't know why, but it always seemed to give him hope.

One day, three young teenagers came through the forest. They were wolves, but they wore clothing and were bipedal. He was curious to get a closer look at them. These must be the anthros Mother tells Pip, Flap, and Chatter about. Kuck thought. He edgeerd out of the nest and to the edge of the branch. There was one with very long blond hair and golden fur, and one with brown hair and pink and white fur, and another who was mixed with browns, creams, and blacks. They all carried sketch books and talked excitedly. Kuck leaned closer, trying to hear their conversation.

"KUCKUNNIWI!" His mother screeched loudly, fluttering her loud wings and jumping over onto the thin branch. Kuck jumped in surprise, his weak legs buckling beneath him. Before he could stop himself, he tumbled off the branch and fell down, down, down...

He wasn't sure what had happened after that. But he remembered a flash of yellow and soon he rested safely in the palm of the blond haired anthro wolf. She looked down at him in awe. The pink and white one bent over him as well. "Liru-chan, you caught him!" she breathed, stroking his feathers gently. Kuck realized she must have saved him before he hit the ground. He nuzzled the fur on her palm.

"Yuri! Liru!" The other anthro called. "Did you see that mother! It looked like it wanted to kill that baby!" The others nodded. "Let's take him home with us." Liru decided. "I'll keep him as a pet."

Kuck's life blossomed from there. He recovered a large cage, filled with seeds, fruit, and all kinds of things to play on. But best of all, he had someone to share his love of life with. When Liru was in one of her "sad" phases,he was there for her, and when he was depressed about his former life, she was there for him. And they both shared one thing. Love.

I understand that by adopting this creature I take full responsibility for it.
