Tracker Dog you want: #74
Name you'll give it: Python Saturnyn
Reason why you want it:
He looks so amazing. I really love his colors and markings, and of course the whole idea of Tracker Dogs in general is awesome, and I'm so glad I stumbled on this thread when there was such a beautiful one. He is gourgeous, and I would be honored to have him as my first Tracker.
Will it be used in any kind of story?: Yes, I'll have to invent a full history for him. At least.
Describe its personality:Pytho is the strong, silent type. Although, if you attack the people he is protecting, he won't hesitate to stop you. He prefers not to kill or wound, but to force an antagonist to submit to him and keep them down until they can be detained. He loves storms, and will run outside for hours in them, then coming in and acting all dignified again. He is proud but not overconfident, and will not hesitate to help someone in need. Also, he just likes water in general, swimming around like he's an Aquatic. His preferred place to live is in the mountains. He hates cities and preforms slighly less well in and around them.
Write an introduction for your Tracker:
Python sat calmly in his kennel. It was rather annoying, watching all of the pups bouncing off the walls and such. Honestly, if someone came in and saw that lot, they might not proceed to the kennels with the Trackers that were ready to be given homes. Of course, some of the adult trackers were just as bad. But Python had to remain calm and be as mature as possible to make up for them. He wanted to get adopted as part of the police force, let the other, less self-concious trackers be people's private pets.
Today had been a quiet day, with only a few people coming in to look at the trackers. Python started as the bell on the door rang. He heard voices and two people walked in to the kennel room. Of course, he just saw them as green shapes, but they were recognizable as...human and male by their scents and voices. The slightly shorter one bent down to Python's eye level and... grinned? Python thought. He wasn't so good with facial expressions. Anyways. The shorter green shape said, "Hey, Dad, look at this one! Looking all strong and noble sitting here. Hey, Tracker! Can you show me what you can do?" Python got up, stretched, and showed off his physical abilities as best he could in the small kennel. "Yeah," the boy said, "this one's great! I love him! How do we get him?" "You have to fill out a form," the taller one said, reading the rules on the wall, "and then they pick the one that they like best." The boy tore a form out of the box where they were kept, and started scribbling rapidly on it with a pen. Python smiled as well as he could. He decided that maybe it wouldn't be so bad to be someone's pet.
