I turn round and say to the worker "Yes i am Interested in contests i really want to be in one like my mother used to be in all of them."

I looked around as I sat on the grass pulling it up in my fingers and letting it drop to the ground through my fingers. I was still waiting for my opponent to get ready, eventually I go to my feet,
"I'm going to wander around. Just holler when your ready" I told her smiling and beckoning to Blitz who quickly returned to my side.

I giggled, I was used to Sam doing this kind of thing back home and said to the Caterpie, "Are you hungry?" Iggy looked as though he didn't exactly like the Caterpie snuggling up right next to me and messing with me, I giggled at that too. I then after I stopped giggling asked the Caterpie, "Do you have a home at all?"

Why you want to be staff?: I in general am the type of person who when something interests me, I feel the need to help or at least would like to help so that the game or whatever cause I'm working for or helping with becomes even more awesome or at least stays that way ^^

Concept

"No problem. The Oddish needed an owner, and you seem like a perfect one. Here is Oddish's pokeball, extra pokeballs, and a pokedex." The worker said, handing you the items.

"Here's hoping you're right." I wasn't sure, really, and it felt a little awkward taking the extra pokeballs and pokedex. Somehow, I managed to get the pokeballs into my pack without waking up the small, sleeping bundle in my arms. I didn't have the heart to put him in his pokeball yet. Curiosity kept the pokedex in my hands. "Thanks again... oh... oh, I should probably let my mom know!" Sudden surprise that the thought had even slipped my mind forced my voice louder than what I'd expected, and I winced. "Thanks again! I'll study up on everything and try and be a good owner." Just to show it, I waved the hand with the pokedex in it while backing toward the door. Either excitement, nerves, or both made me turn around and hurry out, though.

"...oooh, wow, what will mom think?" I whispered to myself, staring at the Oddish in my arm.

I see the hotel and jolt up. What a stroke of luck! I gather my things and get ready to go to the hotel. Chomper is still asleep so I decide to carry him. We enter the hotel and I head to the check-in counter. "Hello. I would like to rent a room for a couple nights."
