Why Would You Like This Character?; I would like this Characters because he is adorable, and i have been looking for a character like Cheerio, and i think he is a brilliant character, I think the character has great potential, and if would give pets for him.
Personality; Cheeky, nice, but occasionally speaks before he thinks. Mischievous, adorable when he wants to be.
History/Story; He was born among brothers and sisters, however, he was born different from others, he was mischievous, when his siblings were 'fancy' unlike himself, he decided to, set out from home, and visit new places
Art; [optional, but helps] Sorry, i am not great at drawing, but if i did get him, i would add him to my character website, make a thread for him, among a few other characters, and get new pictures of him drawn, by artists such as Spotty, etc.
