“When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life.”

Well copying her lineart is a form of art theft.
If you're planning on posting any images on CS, please make sure you've read the rules first.
Images which were copied, edited, or stolen from another artist are not allowed. (for more details, keep reading the art rules)
Using Free Linearts: - It's okay to use other people's linearts, as long as the artist has stated that the lineart is free to use.
- If you use a free lineart you must provide a link back to the original source, and acknowledge full credit to the original artist for the lines. You must clearly display this information directly underneath or above the colored version.
- You must also follow the original artists rules for the lineart. This may include leaving their signature/mark on the image. Some linearts are for personal use only, or 'not for profit' which means you can't use it in an art shop for pets/items.
- If the lineart was not for public use but the artist gave you permission to use it, please provide a screenshot or link to their message stating that you can use it for this purpose.
- It is not acceptable to use a lineart that is meant to be used only on another site; for example if the lineart says 'Deviantart only', you can't use it or post it here.

to be honest it doesn't look enough like it to be a art theft PLUS there is a difference between art theft and inspired. so i wouldn't say this was art theft.

If it they posted this as an editable, did not give credit to Neara, ETC, then this is considered art theft. :3
