Lilly fell back as the Aipom wipped her with its tail. She looked at me as if to say "What now?" I smiled. "Scratch again!" Lilly nodded and used the move on Aipom.

Nurse Joy smiled at you, looking at Capricorn and taking money out of her pocket. "Oh, I don't mind. How much were the potions? I want to pay you back." She said.

"Oh! Thank you! It was 30 dollars, like you said." I replied smiling, I reached down to pick up Capricorn and deposited the young Pokemon on my shoulder. He wobbled for a few seconds, unsure of his new post but soon he got used to balancing and let out a squeak of happiness.

I looked at Iris and smiled. "Thanks girl." I laughed, putting the Revive away in my bag for later use.

"Yes! Good work, Lilly!" I say, patting Lilly gently on the head. Lilly let out a happy squeal. I pick up the pokeball. "I'm gonna name you April!" I say. I then strap the pokeball to my belt.

As you obviously know, each yeah Synta town holds a festival, in honor of the Pokemon Contest that is comming the following day. And also, our amazing Gym Leader comes out because she helps judge the contest. And I was wondering, are you planning on becomming a Contest person, or a Gym person?"

I walk in the door to the lab, cool, calm, holding control of my churning stomach and nervous sweat. This was the moment I had been waiting for forever, the moment when I got my first Pokemon. A stout woman comes up to me. I see that she has 3 Pokeballs in her hand. I quietly take them from her. I lay them out on the table and grab a random one. I open it, and find an adorable Piplup inside. "Can I keep her?" I ask dreamily.
