Another creature has turned up at our doorstep, same as Ferral before it.
She's very large, muscular and strong for a normal Tracker Dog and has the 'gentle giant' appeal to her. Unlike the first Exo-Skeleton, this female's weaponry does not harm but protects instead.
She can create a small force-field around herself and anything standing near. The force-field can be up for a maximum of 60 seconds and she is unable to move while producing it.

Note:
This Tracker was not created at the Tracker Dog Facility, but has been proved safe enough to be adopted out.

Name you'll give her: Fleischa (Fly-sha)
Why?: I like the way it sounds, and I think the sound of it suits her. Three points if you can figure out which german word it is derived from.

Reason why you want her: I'm rather intriqued by the mystery behind this tracker. Where did she come from? Who made her? For what purpose? Besides that I adore her sleek look, and her spiffy headset, and the little machine on her shoulder to make the force field. Her abilities are just amazing, and I'm enjoying imagining all the possiblities that she could be used for if she joins Jackie and Soter. Plus I think it would be rather special to be able to create stories with a tracker from your first official series /I'mASap/. To sum it up, I love her story, I love her, I love her possiblities, and I think shes special.

Will it be used in any kind of story? Yes =)
Describe its personality:

Entry 1, Day 3 of the Tracker Case
If Fleischa (That's what I've decided to name her) has any bad traits, I have yet to see them. We returned to the Facility today to work with her on their course, and practice her force field. She was dilligent, always watching me for cues on where to go, what to do. She was an overachiever, and would run longer and faster than I would ask her. As big as she is, she is quiet. I still have yet to hear her make any noise besides her feet hitting the ground. She is clean, both in motion and hygiene; her moves are smooth and well executed, her armour shiny. This is a special tracker. Besides all her other traits, she also adapts well. She has made friends with Soter, and I sometimes feel like they comunicate together without me being able to hear. Fleischa already moves through the apartment like she has never lived anywhere else, and she is a soothing presence. I think it is her lovely colors. I wish this case would never end. I don't want to let her go...

Jackie woke up to a *ding* at her computer. She sleepily lifted her head and saw Soter already posed in front of the screen, his markings glowing a bright green of intense interest. She shoved off the covers and sat up in bed. Soter looked at her and wagged his tail in encouragment. "I'm coming Soter" Jackie sat down in front of the laptop and opened the email.

Detective Jackie, we have need of the services of yourself and Tracker Soter. Please visit the Lab today at 1:00. We will be expecting you then. Further information and briefing will be given to you at the Lab, where we can be certain security levels will not be breached. Until then, speak of our message to no one, and preferably do not discuss aloud. You never know who is listening.

Jackie shivered and looked at Soter... "Guess we have to go over, huh Soter?" Soter flared slightly and Jackie nodded. "Let me get dressed and we'll roll out."

Dressed in her usual outfit of black skinny jeans, knee-high black boots and a vest, Jackie followed Soter into the Tracker Lab. As usual, the security was tight was they were checked by several tracker dog-human teams. But Jackie understood the necesity of the security measures- she had heard of one tracker being "borrowed" by a fellow detective agency desperate for a tracker. Jackie and Soter walked up to a desk and asked the lady behind it if Nex was avalible. "I'm sure she's avalible somewhere, darling, but it's not here. Nex has retired." the lady replied. "Oh. Well, then can you direct to whomever is in charge then? We were asked to come by to discuss-" "Don't speak of it here" the woman interupted. "We don't want everyone knowing do we?" she asked cutting her eyes at a pair of police admiring an arial. "No, I suppose we don't" Jackie said to appease the woman. All she was going to say was 'discuss why we were asked to come' but whatever. Jackie was sure whomever was in charge would be more collected.

Jackie followed the eccentric lady down a sterile hallway, down a flight of pristine steps, and into a predictably clean room. "She will be through there" the desk lady said, motioning towards a door. Then she left Soter and Jackie looking at one another. "Ready to meet the boss-man Soter?" asked Jackie in a fake-upbeat voice. Soter dimmed, and the two stepped through the door.

This room was almost as barren of personality as the others, but was certainly function-forward. Sleek surfaces with rounded corners set the scene, and neat, shiny filing cabinets that ran the length of the room finished the look. Amidst this color deprivation, the young woman in a lab coat stood out like a tree in a desert. "Hello, I am April, head of the Traker Dog facility. You must be the detective Nex told me about." the woman said, sticking out her hand. Jackie took her hand and shook it, judging April to be a desicive woman by her firm handshake. "I hope Nex wasn't telling you about other detectives." Jackie said in a lame attempt at a joke. "Nevermind, ignore that. I'm Jackie, and this is Soter" she said gesturing towards her tracker partner. "I'm sure you know each other." April gave a quick nod before saying, "Now lets get down to why you are here."

"Someone else is making tracker dogs?" asked Jackie incredulous. Soter sat beside her, glowing with interest, his ears pricked forward and his posture pointed. "Only two that we know of so far. Although you see why it is disturbing. The technology contained by these trackers is extremly advanced- a thought-triggered gun, and a force field. We want to know where they are coming from, who is making them, why, and the reason why they keep sending them to us. Is it a warning? A message? The few of us who know are extremly concerned. We have decided to call upon you to solve these questions for us. The Tracker Labs needs your help."
"It's got it. Can I see this new tracker?"
"Certainly, this way."

Jackie rather liked the look of this new tracker. She was shiny and low-key, but very appealing. "Are you sure she's something to be worried about?" asked Jackie. "She seems to be very polite, and certainly isn't doing anything destructive. It's the other dog you were telling me about that seemed dangerous.""She is a problem because she proves there is someone else creating these trackers. And the other tracker, Ferrel proved these people have the technology to make dangerous dogs. We need you to use #71 to find these people. She has been cleared for adoption already, and should work well with your Soter" both women turned to where the dogs stood.
Soter watched #71 warily. slowly he crept up to her, but before his nose could touch hers, he stopped, and his markings flared in alarm. Jackie walked over with her hand outstretched. Again, before she could touch the mysterious tracker, her hand hit a shield. The force field formed a curved dome over the dog with no gaps. "Marvelous" breathed Jackie with delight. Finally #71 moved, and Jackie could run her hand over the dog's smooth armour. "How long does the shield last?" asked Jackie. "A minute." replied April. Jackie nodded, thoughtful; you could do a lot in a minute. A tracker with a force field could protect people from gunshots, peacefully ward themselves against attackers, and keep poisonous gases away for at least a minute. Jackie was enthralled. "We will take this case... but what are you intending to do with this lovely after the mystery is solved?" asked Jackie. She began her next sentance hesitantly, "Because Soter already loves her, and she would be such a fabulous addition to our team. I don't think I can do this without becoming attached. I think I'm already attached." she admitted. She watched April's face to see what she would say.

This aquatic just adores the tropics and their waters. He is very relaxed and playful but can come off as lazy and rude. His bright colours prevent him from camouflaging well in the water, unless he was in a reef of equal brightness, of course.

Reason why you want it:

I have always loved Aquatics. They are so strong, so elegant, so... special. However, this one is so different than the rest. He really is amazing. His bright, beautiful colors that seem they would make him an outsider make him fit in perfectly. His colors fit his personality perfectly, even though he can be lazy and rude, like most of us. The second I looked at him, I saw a story unraveling. Was he ever bullied for his pink, almost girlie colors? Most people don't think there are girl colors, but would you say that when your covered in pink markings? I love his bracelet-like markings on his front paws, and sock-like back paws. Together, his personality, his markings... they create a pull that I can't resist. I hope I can create a home worthy of him, or he goes to a home where someone truly loves him. This contest isn't just about who gets the tracker, it's who can take the best care of him. I can only hope that I am that person.

Will it be used in any kind of story?

Yes, yes, yes! I love to write, and want to make him sparkle. I want to write about his life, his fears, and his feelings.

Meaning of name:

Creature of the ocean.

Origin:

Takumi is from the Japanese culture.

Why Takumi?

Why did I decide on Takumi? Because I think it fits perfectly. It's hard to find special names for Trackers sometimes. So after much searching and trying his name out with his picture, I found three suitable names. Takumi was my favorite out of those three and he just seemed like one. I can imagen his owner calling him that. The name Takumi is just one piece of the puzzle of this beautiful Tracker.

Reason why you want it:

The Trackers were out. I rushed to the new thread to see them. I told myself I wasn't going to try out for any this time. But, as I started to look over their personality-less introductions, I knew I liked the Aerial for it's designs, and #71 for it's colors. Takumi didn't jump out at me at first, I looked over his design casually and thought his designs were too complicated for me. Then the personalities were up and I checked over everyone of them. I was starting to go for #71, but then I double checked Takumi's personality and all the ideas just hit me like a truck. I was overwhelmed by ideas and suddenly his designs didn't look complicated anymore. They looked beautiful and fit just perfectly with his personality. The Aquatic Trackers don't call to me very often, but this one is just begging me to try for him. My favorite part of him would probably be his extended fins, the long, pink mane-like fins all over his body. His colors are gorgeous and tie him togeher into a attention-loving, strong headed, lazy Tracker.

Will it be used in any kind of story?

Oh yes, many ideas are bouncing around my head right this second.

Alice and Takumi work at the Aquarim together. Takumi has his own little area there where you can learn about Aquatic Trackers and watch him and Alice preform amazing underwater tricks and routines. Takumi does not live there, he goes home with Alice every night. He sleeps inside her house, if he wants, or outside in the nicely sized pool. He enjoys his job very much.

Describe it's personality:

~Care free~
Despite being a hard thinker, Takumi's actually really relaxed and calm most of the time. He's a peaceful little fellow, others describe him to be water iteself. Takumi listens to Alice only, but usually decides to literally "go with the flow."

~Playful~
Takumi's relaxed, yes, but he still loves to play and joke around. Often he'll take Alice's car keys from her and run around with them in his mouth, making her chase him.

~Confident~
Takumi is self confident all the way. He never doubts himself, even if he is wrong. He keeps his head high and struts his stuff. He acts like a movie star, like there's always someone taking his picture. He doesn't let anyone bring him down.

~Lazy~
When Takumi isn't at the Aquarim, or in the car, or at home, he's lazy. He's usually dozing off under the sprinklers in the back yard or floating in the pool.

~Stubborn~
Tying in with his confidence, Takumi's hard to get through once his mind's made up. Even Alice has a hard time. He's very straight forward with what he wants, and he doesn't give up until he gets it. When Alice trains Takumi a new trick, he doesn't let go of that goal till he learns that new trick perfectly.

~Rude~
Takumi sometimes acts rude, but he's just being stubborn or comes off as moody. Adding in his self confidence, he thinks highly of himself and that's another reason he comes off as rude. The only thing a person could do to stop that is to make Takumi respect you, which isn't as easy as it seems to be.

~Headstrong~
Takumi doesn't give up easily, he's determined to fight for whatever he's trying to do at the time. He will not take the easy way out, even if he is lazy at home. He will not go down without a fight.

~Out going/Attention seeker/Lovable~
A lot of Takumi's personality trains contridict, but that's just the way he is. He's lazy, but he'll go out of his way to do something. He likes to succede and make others happy, but it has to make him happy as well. He loves attention and will probably do something crazy to get it. Other creatures would find an attention hog unattractive, but since Takumi's so lovable, it balances it out and is mostly counted as "cute".

Introduction:

The whispers before a show was worthy of perking your ears for.

Takumi climbed the stairs, walking slowly with his head held high. His tail was an inch above the ground, the fins on his tail gently grazing the ground. His eyes racked over the crowd before his eyes moved to Alice, whom was entering the stage. She gave a smile towards him an he snorted quietly, looking out towards the crowds again. Alice blew a soft whistle, so she would not hurt Takumi's sensitive ears, and Takumi jumped in the water gracefully.

The camara flashes were glamourous. The eyes watching him were addicted to the bright colors that made up his design.

Takumi swam gracefully under the water, the people watching him due to the clear, above-ground, glass pool. He twisted and twirled, his fins rippling and tucking in close to swim quicker. He looked around at the coral and the fake reefs, it matched his colors, but it was fake. Alice soon dived into the water and gave Takumi a quick hug.

It's time. Let's show them what we're made of.

Alice swam over and swung her leg over Takumi's back, holding onto him gently. Takumi swam up towards the surface, bursting through the air and then diving back under. When he jumped again, the sun sparkled on the water that lay on his slick skin and his fins expanded out. After spins and twirls, turns and tricks, their little show was over and the sun was setting. Takumi, his skin still slightly damp, jumped in the back of Alice's car in a flash. Alice smiled and patted his head.
"Did good today, Takumi, you did good."
