Yes! Mutant fox adopts! (Should I make an oficial species, with my own lines of corse?)

I felt like making some mutant foxes for 'ya. I think they turned out great. Should I make my own adopts/species/Roleplay for them? Until then, I will let you have these.

Info: This fox is violent and, well, evil. He has glaring red eyes and horns growing along his spine. He also has a tuft of red hair on his head. We don't know what that tuft, of the fox in general, will grow into.

Fox 2
Gender: ???
Info: This fox is highly toxic and impossible to approach. He/she can fire beams of toxic energy into objects (and living things), so watch out! His/her eyes are bright green and he/she has a toxic symbol on his/her side.

Fox 3
Gender: ???
Info: There it is! No wait, it's over there! This fox is like a glost, dissapearing, transporting, walking through solid metal. It is impossible to contain. It has no eyes, but it can still see. It's coat is white.

Fox 4
Gender: Female
Info: This fox is highly dangerous and cannot be approached without cation! She seems sweet, but she has a terrible power. She can make you do anything. Willingly. She fills up any room she is in with a golden glow, and she can command anyone in said room to do anything she wants. However, her range is limited in an outdoor area.

Personality: His looks basically personifies his personality. Pure, and utter evil. He is quick witted and very, very intelligent. A very worthy foe to any hero.
History: Was abandoned as a young fox since many had already noticed his dark and evil nature. Finding nowhere he was welcome he wandered to a desolate land where only the darkest creatures lurk, looking, and waiting for the ultimate chance...for revenge.
Short Story: His paws fell upon the ash and soot, his red eyes gleaming, glowing with the evil that lurked just below the surface. The darkest creatures that dwelled in these lands cowered away from him. The aurora of power just came off of him, and all knew not to trifle with this one. He held his head high, sharp spikes rising and falling upon the top of his fur, they seemed to be alive.... Rikter opened his jaw, his sharp teeth now gleaming in the dim glow of the moon. A sick laugh erupting from somewhere deep within, something he saw, was amusing him. He stood at the edge of a cliff side, overlooking the land, the land that was soon to be his kingdom, his domain. All those who cast him out, were going to pay. Revenge was inevitable. He had been planning this for years, time to put his plan into action. He took one last glance before heading towards his den, which was right below the carcass of another animal, which all that was left was the bone. He stepped inside, and when he came out, doom would strike, and the others would meet their fate.

Personality: Dangerous and violent. She will definitely put someone in pain if needed, and doesn't hesitate showing her angry side. She's isn't evil; she just despises injustice.
History: She was born behind a power plant with two loving parents, but they were shooed away and taken to an adoption center. Soon after, the owner of the facility discovered that the young pup had been somehow intoxicated with some type of radiant fluid, causing her strange markings to glow radiantly at night.
