The story behind Derpy Kitties:
Derpy kitties are a specially bred kind of kitty to have extreme cuteness and love factors. They live entirely on snuggling and being loved by their human, so when one doesnt get adopted in a long time, they become sick and need extra care. Derpy kitties were created when a couple of curious cats accidentally wandered into a nuclear testing site, and decided to live there. The chemicals that worked their way into the food they ate and the water they drank and into their fur, and turned their paws into tiny little nubs. The radioactivity resulted in them losing almost all of their eyesight and speech, so the most noise they make is a tiny chirping sound. The two cats lived there for the rest of their lives, and had multiple children, who went and had themselves many children, and so on. Eventually, the cats found thay they didnt like to drink water and eat food, so they wandered around restlessly for years, trying to find something to eat. One day, a small child walking home from school picked a Derpy up and snuggled with him. The derpy was suddenly full and content as could be! He went to all his friends and told them about what he discovered, and they decided they all wanted some snuggles too, because they were all practically starved. So, they founded this adoption center, and have been happily adopted by humans who care.
