I <3 the grass area, & the sun, the face could use some 'Sunlight' like a slight glow on it's face. ^^

What a great background! ^^ I really like the birds flying and some sort of twilight (i'm starting to dislike this word >_>) in front of them :D

It's not a fail, believe me ;) it's nice! The only crits i'd give you would be the eye, which is a little messy but i'm sure you can fix it next time :3.
